I submitted my resume and cover letter and was sent an excel dataset to work with. I submitted the excel dataset and was invited to a phone interview. I was invited to a final round on-site interview the next day. Very impressed with HR efficiency.
I had a written test as a first thing on-site, then 2 one-on-one interviews asking for my research experiences. I was then taken out to lunch by two more junior employees, during which I was asked very difficult questions about my education. Then there was one more round of interview with two people, also asking for my research experiences.
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
