Met with the 'hiring manager' and the executive staff. They were all very personable and candid. They all were on the same page regarding the company's direction. All of them were receptive to my questions and the all answered pretty much the same way. Next I met with the staff that was reporting the position. It seemed to me that there was too many of them for the amount of work involved.
