Sent application via email, got contact for a video interview basically going through my projects, communication protocols used, any challenges, etc. Then asked me what my process was like for learning new technology. Did not get job as they were looking for someone with BLE expertise and I was only a fresh grad.

straightforward, applied via email and received interview invitation within a week. interview was about 45 minutes and another 15 minutes for questions that i asked them. received response within a week with great feedback.
