A three-part interview: Exploratory, Assignment and Introduction to the team. Esnath, Kim and Ryan made the process easy breezy. I did not end up taking the position as I decided to step out of the industry for a new challenge but the offer was great and the culture seemed very positive. Highly recommend working for this company and if an opportunity arises, I would go for it
