Technical interview thankfully separated from rest of the process. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable interviewer. Conducted by a subject matter expert which was refreshing. After the interview, short interlude until an offer - no need to negotiate the generous rate offered. All in all, a very pleasant experience, one which I wish were more common in the consulting world.

Most difficult question involved a description of their culture of excellence and how I thought I would fit it - how I had demonstrated that in the past. Had to give a lot of thought to the answer since they were looking for a specific, relevant example. Was a huge opportunity to shine, but also required a shining answer.
