Was very personable and friendly over the phone, but wanted a pretty extensive assessment lasting 3-4 hours. I thought that was atypical for this kind of role and too much for a first interview, let alone an interview in general.

Initial screening, followed by another interview. Take home project and writing samples follow interview. The project was confusing and it was unclear what was required. I was not sure if I as supposed to just make corrections or increase the document by several pages.
