Interview barely touched on the skills and background of myself (the applicant), and mostly talked about current projects with Adverto. A lot of it came off as very self congratulating for producing the websites. In the end, the job description had shifted a great deal from what was posted, and no real responsibilities were outlined...more talk of what the company had done, and not what they wanted to do, and the purpose of filling a design role.
