I was provided the interview questions the evening before. The interview was straight-forward, though they asked for several examples. There were 4 interviewers who took turns reading the questions. They were friendly and wrote down my responses.

I applied three days before the closing date. They contacted me on the closing date to let me know that I had been selected for an interview that would be taking place the following week. It consisted of a 30-minute interview with about 5 questions and a panel of two people. I was then taken to another room with a laptop where I was to respond to an example scenario related to the work of the position. I was told I only had 15 minutes to type my response to the scenario, but they allowed me as long as I needed, I used about 30 minutes including time for proofreading and ensuring I had adequately addressed all of the prompts. My interviewers were very pleasant and encouraging. After my interview, they conducted a background check and reference check. I was contacted about a week and a half later after the checks were cleared and offered the position.
