I saw an ad, and e-mailed the Hiring Manager, went through a phone interview which detailed the hours, interview time, what I would be doing as a receptionist, etc. and was moved onto an in person interview. Hiring manager asked all the typical questions you would expect, very friendly. I did not get the job, though.
