Interview went well, IT Director was soft spoken and easy to talk to. Small manufacturing Company with family type feel. Spent a lot of time discussing the diversity of the position. I would re-apply if the position becomes available again. Although the company has about 300 employees, support is for about 40 office personal and a few remote sites all within the area.
