First initial phone call with one of the directors, then they make you create a presentation on the topic they give you, as well as preparing a example of a recruiter email. After you present this, they will move you on to an interview with the founder of the company. The overall process took 4 weeks. I was given good feedback throughout the process and they were very communicative and quick to follow up.
