The interview process is pretty complicated in terms of organizing. I have attended the interview to three different HR's right now, 3 different times in 30 days' time. Now that's a very bad process, considering the patience of the employee.
This doesnt end here, i am not aware of the result even now. I've been asked to come again in the next few weeks. Honestly, which company does interview in this manner?
There is no proper structure in which interviews are done, there's no planning of any sort. Communication within the company isn't upto the mark as well. (Management Side).

Very friendly interview process.
Easy interview but evaluation and selection process is very difficult.
Good atmosphere to work.
Initially it was a test for communication and then screening.
Then technical interview from another hr.
Last was another round on technical knowledge.
