It’s a three round interview process. The first round is very straight forward and explains the company, opportunities, and second round. The second round interview goes more into detail about the position and possible promotions, pay, and you get the chance to provide details about yourself to determine the fit into the company. The third round interview is more personal and explains what to expect out of the every day duties and the benefits.
