4 stages: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Case Study/Role Play 4. CEO Interview. I made it to the 2nd round. Both rounds were standard getting to know you and sales experience questions. 2nd Round has more focus on assessing sales ability with some questions about memorable deals. Application did not progress to 3rd Round after being told I did not show the necessary "aggression" and "intensity" despite being very energetic and sharing stories of persistence and going above + beyond to close a sale. Their most successful sales reps are very, very aggressive on follow up to close so if I could do it over I would really emphasise experience and strategy for this. Process was quick and responsive,

Overall decent interview process. Recruiter was very friendly and communicative. The engineers were nice and the interviews were structured and executed well. Their VP of engineering James gave weird vibes during the system design though, which made the discussion less smooth. After onsite the communication was quick and the handling of expenses was also fast. Entire process was: Initial Screening with engineer (30 min) Leetcode coding interview with engineer (1 hr) Onsite: System design (1 hr) Behavioral (45 min)
