Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Add People (Altrincham, England) nel mese di feb 2025
Colloquio
Was made up of two stages, the first one being online through a Google Teams Meeting and the second stage being a more in-depth face-to-face interview. The first stage was a bit more informal and more of a session to get to know the candidate whereas the second stage was much more thorough in order to determine if the candidate was going to be a good fit for the role once finding out more about their previous experience.

Have you ever encountered a difficult customer before and how did you deal with the situation?
Received a short phone call from Liam to check interest/compatibility with the role. Expectations/job role were clearly set out here.
Then invited to first stage interview on Google Meets with Liam and Phil. Fairly in depth with a range of questions, but was relaxed/comfortable atmosphere.
Received a call the next day with an invite to an in person interview. This was with Chris and Meg and was similar questioning to first stage, but with a more in depth discussion about job role. Again was a relaxed/comfortable atmosphere.
Then received a call from Liam same day to offer me a job.

Colloquio
Two stage process, first stage was a virtual call and the second stage was a face to face. The first stage was more formal than the first, which included competency based questions on my experience, aspirations for the future and expectations for a new role. The second stage was more informal, but followed a similar question pattern. Both stages lasted around an hour.
