Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. One of our team was unwell on the day of your interview, so sorry it was a different person on the day. A manager from the service did try and call you, our number sometimes comes up as ‘private number’ so you may not have recognised it was us. We are always looking to improve our systems and will review how we contact candidates.
