Unfortunately they use Hackerrank to immediately try and filter you out, so your experience is irrelevant. During the test the interviewer dedicated no more than 10 seconds to introduce themselves by reading a transcript from their screen, and then read from another script to close the session, repeating the same lines by accident.
I found it ironic I was being scrutinised on memorising abstract algorithms unrelated to frontend development by somebody who could barely communicate or explain the answer at the end. I asked a few straight forward questions about Addepar at the end of the interview and the answers given were almost incomprehensible.
Not really too sure what to make of the overall experience. At no point have I been able to demonstrate my expertise in frontend development, or talk to someone capable of holding a conversation, and obviously I can do the job your hiring for.
Perhaps do hiring properly. It requires time & effort on your part, and Hackerrank is not a substitute for that.

After being contacted by their internal recruiter, I was set up with the worst 1st stage I've experienced so far in my life! I was interviewed by a tech leadership member and he seemed to be having a bad day. From the get-go he had his arms folded, was pretentious, condescending, and his internet connection was terrible so responding to him was very awkward as we had to predict talking over one another. He told me he was "looking for 10x developers that shouldn't care if a project if their project is decommissioned". He even yawned at one point whilst I was talking. At the end of the interview, I asked what the next steps were and he hadn't realised I was interviewing for the senior fullstack role. This got him disgruntled and mutter/swear under his breath. So many red flags, glad I made it out alive.
