Hiring began with a preliminary phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. After the phone interview I was invited to come in for my first interview. The interview consisted of meeting the managers of 3 different recruiting divisions within Addison Group and lasted about 3.5 hours. I was asked about previous job experience, past accomplishments, and personality questions. At the end of the first interview I was asked which division I would prefer to be apart of, and after explaining my decision I was invited for a second interview with my choice of division’s managers. The second Interview lasted about 3 hours which involved speaking with my Manager and the direct hire manager and also getting to know my future team to see if I connected well with them. After I left I received a call explaining they would like to extend an offer in which I accepted.

Contacted by Addison recruiters on LInkedin, email, and phone calls several times with roles they want to interview me for. Respond showing interest to roles and with requested info. Get no response for a couple days, send a follow to them, consistently ghosted.

Had a great initial phone screening, and then proceeded to talk to the manager at Addison Group for a 2nd round and I was extremely disappointed. He did not seem like he was interested in me as a candidate but rather meeting me out of obligation and formality. I did attempt to create some rapport, but only interviewed with standard questions for 10 minutes then proceeded to ask "What questions do you got?", interview was over within 20 minutes which was the shortest 2nd round interview I've ever had. Haven't heard anything from the team since the interview, it's been 2+ weeks.

Had a 30 minute interview where they mainly asked about my previous job experience and told me more about the position. I previously worked a sales position and they asked a bunch of questions about what I did in that position.
