The interview process was quick and job description was accurate. Wages were as mentioned in the interview. The hiring process was very easy and I was made to feel comfortable. Addus is one big family and employees are treated as part of the family.

My interview was over the phone . I was ask if I ever took care of an elderly person before which I have they ask what were the duties that I’ve done Which was taking care of my grandmother like feeding her clothing her etc ..So I was qualified for the job an got Hired

Over the phone, very typical questions about experiences, interests, and knowledge. It was a short and sweet process that I did not have any issues with. They are willing to work with you where you are at.
