Interview was easy... the focus was on skills. The process was non stressful and the interviewer was very informative. Any questions I had she was thorough, but I wish I knew what questions to asked.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
