First, there will be HR interview by Adecco personnel and then the Hiring Manager Interview by the contract employer. After the successful hiring manager interview, there will be drug test. If all goes well then there will be job offer.

The interview process had three steps. First one was HR type interview when the recruiter asked some general questions. The second step was with the hiring manager of the client company, and the third step was the job offer proposal.
