The interview was done over the phone and I was asked to do an online test afterward. the online test was easy as well. I was asked to repeat some sentences and do some fill in the gaps
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
