Very casual and conversational, spoke as if I already had the job, was more of a briefing than an interview, was in and out within 20 minutes with an offer

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Adecco (Parigi) nel mese di lug 2013

Phone contact to schedule an interview in face to face directly. The whole process took 1 week. Questions were just awkward. I just got situational questions, nothing about my background, my education or my skills. Once I joined the company, I learnt the "recruiter" was actually a sales representative, not skilled at all for recruitment. I guess they were just in a rush to fill the position.
