Interview process was smooth and went through multiple rounds. First was psychometric test followed by group discussion and then final interview. Final interview was very logic based which includes technical as well as managerial perspective along with includes case based questions to understand the candidate thinking and guestimates

Overall a smooth experience. There was a GD then a PI. GD brought out our strategic thinking skills. PI was smooth and motivating. No stress experienced during the process. Overall wonderful experience!

Selection process included four interview rounds, a psychometric test, a group discussion, followed by two personal interviews covering technical and HR aspects, assessing communication, analytical thinking, domain knowledge, and fit.
