Overall process took 2+ weeks. These were the steps of my process (shortened process): 1. Application form online 2. Technical Challenge / Task (2 hrs - homework) 3. Screening (Experience + Projects + Interests) 4. Technical Interview (pair programming, technical questions about concepts and technologies) 5. Feedback & Expectations Discussion 6. Offer The whole process was very smooth. During interviews, it was very easy to communicate ideas as it feels like a friendly conversation with great feedback. I would definitely recommend applying as it is a great culture team currently growing.
