My recruiting process @Adjust:
- 30 min phone call with a friendly talent acquisition manager.
- Practical home assignment to be handed in within 3 working days.
- 1h video call with the team lead/hiring manager for the role.
- 1h video conference with two team members.
- 15 min short phone call with the talent acquisition manager.
- 2 working days later a 15 min final feedback and job offer.
All in all, I had the impression that this was a very smooth and well-organised recruiting process. The entire process took exactly 3 (three) weeks. Everyone I have talked to during the recruiting process was very professional and yet friendly.
The HR team made sure that the feedback process was done swiftly, as I already had another job offer from another company and had to decide.
Obviously, I have decided for Adjust. :)
