The interview went smoothly and they called me with an offer. I put in my counteroffer and then got back to me in 15 minutes and rejected my offer even though I made a counteroffer of only 10k more and said they are moving forward with the next candidate. This shows how unprofessional they are and how big of an ego the management has that they don't even want to listen to any counteroffers and just reject you for not accepting their offer. I have never heard this happen to anyone in 10 years of my experience in the work environment. I DO NOT recommend people to work for this company because that shows the company DOES NOT have your back and anything goes wrong you are on your own. They do not care for their employees.
