Weird questions irrelevant to software engineering skills and rejected based on personality profiling. What a weird and backwards way of screening employees. I thought my tasks had gone well but the test which is designed for you to not finish in the alloted time has little to no relation to what a software engineer would expect to do.

1st stage as an hour long discussion not too technical but more to see about role fit and cv run through. Pretty decent and enjoyable. 2nd round was scheduled but then I was rug pulled and told the position was hired internally. Unprofessional to lead on and telling of the company.
