In person interview asking about previous employers, job skills, how previous job skills related to possible employment with this company. Entire process took about 20 minutes and interviewer described job duties, skills needed, hours required and gave a basic overview of the company and its goals. Interviewer also emphasized sales quota initiatives for route positions which more or less turned me away from wanting this position.
