Indeed, most of the roles we are recruiting for in Switzerland require German speaking skills since many of our clients still have a German speaking work environment and the people we hire in Switzerland work closely with our clients. In addition to the German skills and technical expertise, there are many other skills and qualities that we value highly. For this reason, our recruitment process consists of two interviews.
