Interview process was horrible. Continuously was ghosted from the recruiter and did not hear back on a decision for weeks after being told they were looking to move quickly on the process.
The Hiring Manager had clearly read my resume and pulled out things that weren't explicitly stated. I felt like they were clearly invested and engaged even knowing there were many applicants to go through.
