Initial communications were through HR followed by a phone screen from the hiring manager. I was brought in for a full day of interviews, most local, one via video conference. It was standard stuff - why are you considering Adobe, what products have you used, etc.
While I absolutely loved my conversations with the architect and marketing person, I had the exact opposite vibe from the program manager people. Their questions were very abstract and they seemed pretty wound up.

First flag should have been the Recruiter — he was terrible at scheduling and then gave no update and would be stop and go until random last minute setups to meet with the hiring manager. It’s been more than 2 months. Why don’t you close the req if you’re not hiring or give an update?
Don’t really care about the role anymore but just wanted to share feedback on a poor candidate experience. Please don’t waste our time during a tough job market. For a big company, the recruiting experience is subpar…worst than small companies. No structure in interview as well…weird. Keep your options open when interviewing with Adobe and their mediocre recruiting team.
Two rounds of interviews with peers and leaders. There were a few people from the team and interviewed with an Product leader. Some technical question were asked around Agile and CLoud.

The HR scheduled for a VC Interview. The interviewer was a principle program manager and friendly. Asked relevant questions as per the JD. Answered my questions at the end of interview too.
