Nice people and facilities. They never followed up. The questions were good and related to the work. The interviewers were respectful and flexible with their schedules. They were knowledgeable about the subject matter.

Before writing anything about my interview experience, I must say that Adobe is a very strong company for its technical competencies. I was called for an interview after multiple rounds of interview with the hiring manager through phone and 1:1 meeting. She was very impressed for my passion for the work I do and knowledge I have. After these rounds, she arranged a full-day interview with the other Managers/stakeholder who would have an important relationship with this role - Facilities, Finance, HR, etc. My interview with all these departments went on very well. Infact I was already suggesting ways of improvement or what value I can bring with this role and I was quite shocked to see how liberal their paying policies are how out of date they are in Procurement practices, using ERPs etc. I was also very impressed with the swanky office the Facilities Manager is occupying. So after all these rounds, I was asked to wait for a couple of days and I will e informed. The hiring manager was very confident of my selection and told me how much help I am going to be and she was very excited about the changes we can bring in the way procurement is done in the company. As a feedback about the interview and in general discussion about the vendors, I got to know that Adobe has some of the over-prices vendors in the business which are known to get business by paying hefty bribes. I shared this information with the hiring manager as well. Even after 3-4 days, I did not get any response from the hiring team so I decided to check with them. I was told that the Facilites person was not 'comfortable' with me and they did not see me as the right 'fit'. It was an ultimate shock to me as my interview with him went on very well. I later-on got to know that this person is a close relative of their MD. You might have noticed that I am writing this review after almost one and half years of the interview. So far I was thinking of it as a nagative experience and moved on. But today itself I was talking to an ex-colleague and got to know that he had the exact same experience with the company and had heard numerous stories about the corrupt ways of the company. And how they are giving business to vendors at exorbitant prices. I got inspired to write this review as I really like the company and would hope someone takes cognizance of this. I did my bit!!!!
