Very long and drawn out interview process. Felt like there was no real decision making in place. I had 11 video conference calls and 4 face to face meetings - and then didn't get the job! Very frustrating, to be honest and the only feedback that seem to make the difference was from 1 person who thought I didn't quite fit the Adobe mould. Beware of time wasters, they say.....
