Pretty typical interview process, but their decision making process is very slow. I check in with the recruiter weekly and am told that all feedack from the interviews is very positive, but they have not made a decision yet and are not able to provide a timeline for making a decision. It has been six weeks since my final interview.
Interview process is Recruiter in week one, Hiring Manager in Week two, then a loop in week three. The loop consisted of five 45 minute interviews: two PMs who would have been direct reports, a design peer, an engineering peer, and a PM peer.

HR Screen -> HM Screen -> Team Screen
Recruiters were extremely unprepared and didn't know the content of any of the conversations and there was a lot of confusion on who would be in the team screen. The PM Peer/Stakeholder was actually a Marketing Manager / Account Manager with no understanding of Product fundamentals. The Behavioral Storytelling didn't assess any particular Product Management skills except for storytelling. It reflected a very poor coordination and lack of rigor that seems to mirror the actual product strategy and portfolio health of Firefly and Experience Cloud.
