I was contacted very quickly after my initial application and had my first interview the next week. The interview was fine. The interview confirmation email now informs you that the interview is a group setting. So, that tip is true from what I had read here on glassdoor. And truthfully from the other reviews (thanks to them) this position is not as described. Advanced Axis requires participation in its entry level role which is $2000 a month base pay with the opportunity for commission. However it is one or the other, you get whichever is higher. (information directly from interview) This role is in person ONLY and requires 6 days a week with an 11-8 schedule. I was also informed that the opportunity for promotion in the company is entirely based on performance and meeting the stage timeline goals. So overall the timeline from entry level to branch manager can be as little as 8-10 months which does not inspire any confidence whatsoever.
