It is a two tier interview system, the first is a call through an email where HR asks you questions to see if you fit for the culture of ABS. If you pass the second will be with the hiring manager that lasts almost a full hour and go into great detail of everything, I started off with 7 questions and never got to ask any of them because all of my concerns were taken care of. An amazing and enjoyable interview.
