The agency owner of the branch contacted me. He has been with Xerox for 20+ years. He has amazing experience and knowledge about Xerox. He was offered the opportunity to open his own agency branch here in Seattle called Advanced Document Systems to help Xerox start obtaining market share from smaller companies. His staff includes a sales-business development manger who has incredible experience, an account manager who is incredibly excited and motivated, and Account Executives and some inside sales reps. I interviewed with all three in order; the agency owner, the sales manager, and the account manager last. The interview process was lengthy as they are being careful who they bring on board and want individuals who will stay the length and succeed and help them and Xerox grow in the SMB sector. You must be willing to go through 4 weeks of training at the xerox training center, which does have the reputation as having one of the best product and sales training in the world.
