I have interviewed 3 times for Advanced Energy now, one in person and twice remote. All three times I was not called back or emailed to tell me I did not get the job. I had to reach out multiple times, and even contact other folks in the HR department to get an answer. They have made me feel like a cheap tinder date three times now, this is unacceptable. At least have the decency and respect to call, or email, or even text the candidates to tell them they are no longer being considered. I will not be applying again, as this consistent experience is clearly indicative of the lack of thoroughness and respect shown by AE.

I had an initial phone interview in January 2020. Whenever I asked about the status of the application they kept saying will update you in two more weeks. This kept going on for 3 months.
