First I had a phone interview going over my resume.
Then they set up the 1-1 face interview at the site.
On the day of the interview I had 1-1 and then a panel interview going over technical stuff and management questions.
Also got to see the site and they asked me questions about what I saw.
Good interview about 2.5 hrs long at the site.
