They were very thorough in their interview process - They clearly wanted to find the right candidate, but also make sure that the candidate felt comfortable with the decision to accept an offer. Had check-ins with the recruiter after each step had completed to debrief. There were a lot of steps (overall, it was 8 separate sessions) But each person that I spoke to was really helpful.
