Behavioral questions with encouragement to speak in a technical orientated tone.
No white board, but questions regarding technical experience are asked, practical examples are encouraged.

The interview process is pretty quick, compared to other, larger companies. First there is a non-technical phone screen with HR, followed by Development manager phone screen, then an in-person interview with cross-functional team where situational questions are asked.
