Consists of 2 rounds and took 2 weeks overall. The first round was about your background and past experiences, and the second was a design challenge. The manager and team were amazing! very considerate, encouraging and supportive, so it felt less like an evaluation and more like a conversation about shared interests in the field. The second one, the design challenge, was a bit difficult, but the brief was clear, and it was a good learning experience to showcase my design thinking process and appreciated their feedback.
