It was pretty simple. I met with the area manager at a hotel close to my home and was asked some basic questions. I was offered the job on the spot. I soon discovered that the reason it is so simple to get hired here is because people are constantly quitting due to being over worked and under paid.

Contacted by the company recruiter, no position available but they wanted to interview anyway. Went to the interview and appeared to get the job until they called to say they dont have any openings right now, but they would keep my application on file. Overall misleading and frustrating since the home office was hours from where I live, if there was not a position then a phone call would have the more appropriate route.
