The experience so far has been good. My initial contact was with someone int the office and then I was contacted by my potential manager. The phone interview was very professional and covered the normal range of questions. When I followed up with my initial contact person she was quick to get back to me and her information was accurate. I have an in-person interview soon and hope for an offer,

Questions were not difficult. The difficult part was coming up with specific instances to answer them. Like -"Name a time when you provided excellent customer service." After 20+years in the business they sometimesbecome a blur.
