I was interviewed in person and then had to wait a few days to get the offer. I was already working with the company making about $12.00 an hour. They offered me .75 cents less plus a fuel card and about a 30% monthly car allowance. Those two items totaled about $500.00 so I thought it was worth it so I accepted when they made the offer although I really tried to get them to match the hourly I was already making.
