Over the phone and applied online via a job board website. The initial interview was a screening then afterwards was an on boarding phone call which consisted of a few very easy questions and then emails for filling out tax forms and processing identification.

Over the phone. Asked common sense questions. Let you talk about your self with little to no interruptions. Made you feel comfortable. Now Glassdoor, is making me mad. Having to answer these questions about a job, that I dont want to.
