Interview consisted of two onsite interviews. First one was with Hiring Manager, talking about my background and job responsibilities to see if there is a fit and interest. A month later, received an invite for a second interview which consisted of a presentation and interview with 3 other managers. Presentation consisted of covering an IoT topic. The remaining interviews were fairly straightforward and felt very good about the conversations that were had. The Hiring Manager provided positive feedback on my presentation as well. I was uncertain if this was the right fit for me (industry and culture) but regardless I felt I performed well enough for another interview or offer. I was told I would be notified in about a month about the job since they were still interviewing candidates. Time went by and never received a response, which was surprising for how responsive they’ve been throughout the whole process. For a 2 month+ interview process, having to take time off work to go onsite, preparing a presentation, the least they could have done was notify me of my status.
