It, was 3 level based interview starting with a written one in which we get scenario and as per that we need to write the explanation of what we under stood and what must be corrective action and a reply email to the manager regarding that, then hoped to the second level the technical interview with one will be from talent committee, one a employer and a business dev was easy to intermediate level interview with various question regarding the oragnization and work process done there which can find in the JD some basic and intermediate question regarding the clinical research and data management some basic conversation which will round about 15 min, the level if you got selected in the technical their will be the final HR level interview which comprises of how the work is done at the org and what we understood form the JD your point of view towards the yourself and the same HR question why we chose you, where do you see yourself just the key in both is be confident and some learn some stats about the organization and guess it is done.

There is two tests in order to attend the first round of interview they will screen u even in the office. Others all good. People are good. If you prepare well u can crack the interview easily and you will not have to blame them for rejection.
