I submitted an online application and then followed up in person with Human Resources a few weeks later after not hearing back. From there I was given an interview with the head nurse. It took a few weeks before I was given a final offer and another month before I actually began due to a 3 day HR training and other paperwork I needed to fill out. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was asked routine interview questions like "tell me about yourself: Everyone I encountered here in HR and for my interview were very friendly and welcoming.
